VRG S.A., with its registered office in Krakow (the “Company”), informs that on October 7, 2024 it received from IPOPEMA Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, pursuant to the provisions of the Act of July 29, 2005. on public offering and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system and on public companies (the “Act”), a notice that the agreement of the Company's shareholders concluded on the acquisition, directly or indirectly, or on the acquisition of shares of the Company, consensual voting at the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders and conducting a permanent policy towards the Company, referred to in Article 87 (1) (5) of the Act, consisting of: Mr. Jan Kolanski, Colian sp. z o.o., Kolanski Foundation Family Foundation, Colian Holding Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, Colian Developer Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością and IPOPEMA 21 Closed Investment Fund of Non-Public Assets, increased its previous share in the total number of votes in the Company as a result of the purchase of the Company's shares on the regulated market by Colian Holding Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
