  • PRODUCT PREPARATION DEPARTMENT

    Here we continue the tradition of our brands in designing and creating high quality clothing and jewellery collections for women and men. Our experience, passion, insightful observation of the surrounding world and cooperation with trend research institutes allow us to create unique projects that meet the tastes of our customers.

  • MARKETING DEPARTMENT

    Marketing Department is responsible for planning and implementing image strategies of Vistula, Bytom, Wólczanka, W.Kruk and Deni Cler brands. It is here that the concepts of sessions and fantastic creations are created, which focus on strengthening the position of our brands, promoting products and building relationships with customers.

  • HR DEPARTMENT

    HR Department, i.e. human resources management department, acts as a strategic advisor to the Management Board. We support the development of our company by looking for suitably qualified employees, organize trainings and develop incentive systems. We make sure that the persons employed by us have the skills adequate to the position they hold.

  • IT DEPARTMENT

    The IT department is responsible for the administration of IT systems, analysis and implementation of new solutions. In addition, it supports all departments in matters related to IT infrastructure on a daily basis, facilitating the functioning and development of the entire company.

    The Logistics Department is responsible for ensuring that our brands' products always reach our customers in certain quantities and at the right time. Here we monitor the entire process of transporting our collections from production to warehousing and delivery directly to the point of sale.

    The Purchasing Department employs specialists and managers who play a significant role in the process of creating our collections of clothes, accessories and jewellery. Here we select materials, patterns, cuts and designs, which are finally placed on the shelves in our stores.

  • E-COMMERCE DEPARTMENT

    E-commerce department is responsible for making shopping in our online stores a positive experience for our customers. Here we develop tools and functionalities that are designed to provide comfort in shopping anywhere, anytime, day or night.

  • SALES DEPARTMENT

    The Sales Department team is responsible for the implementation and analysis of sales plans, ensuring availability and proper display of collections in showrooms, building and maintaining excellent relationships with buyers and communication between the company and customers.
