VRG S.A. based in Krakow (hereinafter: Company), in reference to the publication dates of periodical reports in 2024, announced in the current report no. 2/2024, pursuant to article 19 (11) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) – notifies that in 2024 the following closed periods apply:
a) 12 March 2024 – 11 April 2024 – closed period prior to the preparation and publication of annual report and consolidated annual report for 2023;
b) 21 April 2024 – 21 May 2024 – closed period prior to the preparation and publication of the consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2024;
c) 23 July 2024 – 22 August 2024 – closed period prior to the preparation and publication of the consolidated semi-annual report for the first six months of 2024,
d) 15 October 2024 – 14 November 2024 – closed period prior to the preparation and publication of the consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2024.
