VRG S.A. based in Krakow (hereinafter: Company), in reference to the publication dates of periodical reports in 2025, announced in the current report no. 2/2025, pursuant to article 19 (11) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) – notifies that in 2025 the following closed periods apply:
a) 25 March 2025 – 24 April 2025 – closed period prior to the preparation and publication of annual report and consolidated annual report for 2024;
b) 22 April 2025 – 22 May 2025 – closed period prior to the preparation and publication of the consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2025;
c) 22 July 2025 – 21 August 2025 – closed period prior to the preparation and publication of the consolidated semi-annual report for the first six months of 2025;
d) 14 October 2025 – 13 November 2025 – closed period prior to the preparation and publication of the consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2025.
