Subject: Notification on significant shareholdings.
VRG S.A., headquartered in Krakow (the “Company”), announces that on August 26, 2024 it received a notification from IPOPEMA Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., headquartered in Warsaw, pursuant to the provisions of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and Public Companies, that on August 21, 2024 an annex to the Company's shareholders' agreement of September 26, 2023 was concluded. As a result of the annex, a new entity has joined the agreement: Kolanski Foundation Family Foundation. Currently, the parties to the agreement are:
