Subject: Registration of changes to the Company's Articles of Association in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (the "Company"), informs that on July 3, 2024, the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, entered an entry in the register of entrepreneurs of an amendment to the Company's Statute resulting from the provisions of Resolution No. 27/06 /2024 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of June 26, 2024 regarding changes to the Company's Articles of Association ("Resolution")
Pursuant to the Resolution § 21 section 2 point 8) of the Company's Articles of Association, instead of the current wording, has received the following wording:
"8) selection of an audit firm to audit the financial statements and attest to sustainable development reporting,"
