Subject: Consolidated sales revenues and estimated sales margin achieved by the VRG S.A. Capital Group in May 2019.


VRG S.A. with its registered office in Cracow (the "Company") informs that the consolidated sales revenues achieved in May 2019 by the Company's Capital Group amounted to approximately PLN 96.1 million and were higher than the revenues achieved in May 2018 by approximately 42.4%.


In cumulative terms, the value of sales revenues generated in the period from January to May 2019 amounted to approximately PLN 394.0 million and was higher by approximately 38.4% than those generated in the corresponding period of the previous year.


At the same time, the Company informs that retail sales revenues generated in May 2019 by the Company's Capital Group in particular segments of operating activities were as follows:


a) Retail sales revenues generated in the clothing segment (brands Vistula, Wólczanka, Deni Cler, Bytom) - amounted to ca. PLN 61.3 million (including Bytom PLN 18.4 million) and were higher than the revenues generated in May 2018 by ca. 58.7%. In cumulative terms, the value of sales revenues generated in the period from January to May 2019 in this segment amounted to approximately PLN 248.7 million (including PLN 74.8 million in Bytom) and was higher by approximately 51.9% than in the corresponding period of the previous year.
b) Retail sales revenues generated in the jewellery segment (W.KRUK brand) - ca. PLN 31.2 million and were higher than the revenues generated in May 2018 by ca. 20.2%. Cumulatively, the value of sales revenues generated in the period from January to May 2019 in this segment amounted to approximately PLN 128.7 million and was higher by approximately 24.4% than in the corresponding period of the previous year.


VRG S.A. informs that the consolidated margin on sales achieved in May 2019 by the Capital Group of the Company amounted to approximately 54.1 % and was higher than the margin achieved in May 2018 by approximately 1.1 percentage point.  Cumulatively, the consolidated margin on sales in the period from January to May 2019 amounted to approximately 51.4% and was 0.6 percentage point higher than the margin achieved in the corresponding period of the previous year.


The Company informs that the total retail sales area of the Capital Group at the end of May 2019 amounted to 53.4 thousand m2 (including Bytom 16.1 thousand m2).
