Subject: Estimated consolidated sales revenue and estimated sales margin achieved by the VRG S.A. Group in June 2024
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (the "Company") publicly discloses estimated consolidated sales revenues and estimated sales margin achieved by the VRG S.A. Capital Group. in June 2024. The above data is included in Annex 1 to this report. At the same time, the Company informs that it is modifying its current information policy and will no longer publish monthly information on estimated consolidated revenues and estimated sales margin in the form of current reports. In the opinion of the Company's Management Board, after analysis, the above monthly information on estimated data is no longer price-sensitive. At the same time, the Company notes that the above modification is consistent with the current reporting practice of entities from the retail industry in the fashion segment.
Therefore, the basic interval for publishing information on sales and margins of the VRG Group will be the quarterly period as part of published periodic reports.
