Subject: Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków ("Company") informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company on June 26, 2024 ("General Meeting") made the following changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of the Company of the current joint term of office:
a) pursuant to Resolution No. 24/06/2024 of the General Meeting regarding the dismissal of a member of the Company's Supervisory Board, Mr. Wacław Szary was dismissed from the Company's Supervisory Board;
b) pursuant to Resolution No. 25/06/2024 of the General Meeting on the appointment of a member of the Company's Supervisory Board, Mr. Wojciech Olejniczak was appointed to the Company's Supervisory Board.
At the same time, the Company informs that the biographical note of Mr. Wojciech Olejniczak and the information indicated in § 10 point 4-6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, were published in the Company's current report No. 21/2024 of June 24, 2024
