Subject: Information on transactions in securities of the Company, obtained in accordance with Art. 19 of the MAR.
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Cracow (the "Company"), informs that on April 23, 2019, it received from a person closely related to a person discharging managerial responsibilities, i.e. to Mr. Jan Pilch, a member of the Company's Supervisory Board, a notification of the transactions referred to in Article 19 (1) of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directive Commission 2003/124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC ('MAR').
