VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków ("Company") informs that on May 31, 2024, it received from Mr. Jerzy Mazgaj pursuant to Art. 69 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading and on public companies, notification regarding changes in the ownership of the Company's shares. The notification referred to above constitutes an attachment to this report.
