Marta Fryzowska will be new Vice President of VRG S.A., Jan Pilch takes over the duties of VRG President of the Borad for three months

During today's meeting the Supervisory Board of VRG decided to:

• Dismiss Andrzej Jaworski from the position of President of the Board.

• Delegate Jan Pilch, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, to temporarily perform the duties of President of the Board, for a period of up to three months (until 10 December 2021).

• Appoint Marta Fryzowska as Vice President of the Management Board of the company as of 1 January 2022. The new VP will be responsible for supervising the company's fashion segment.

- We would like to thank President Jaworski for his effective management of the company during 2020, which was an extremely difficult time. Under his leadership the board managed to defend the company's market position in unprecedented circumstances and return it to positive sales dynamics. I am convinced that the new board, representing very strong industry competences, will be able to effectively build VRG's further market position, with emphasis on the balanced development of its two segments: fashion and jewellery - commented Mateusz Kolański, VRG Supervisory Board Chairman.

Jan Pilch is one of the most experienced and recognizable entrepreneurs and managers in the world of Polish fashion. After the merger of Bytom S.A. with VRG, he served as a Member of the VRG S.A. Supervisory Board from 2018 to 2020. In addition, Jan Pilch is also a Member of the Supervisory Board of W.KRUK S.A. and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DCG S.A., subsidiaries of VRG S.A. As of June 28th 2021, he was Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of VRG.

Next to Jan Pilch, there are Vice Presidents Radosław Jakociuk and Michał Zimnicki (who is also CFO) currently siting on the VRG Board.

Marta Fryzowska is an experienced manager in the fashion industry. For the last 15 years she has worked for LPP, passing her career from the position of an assistant buyer in the Reserved Men's product preparation department, to that of a collection director in the Reserved Men's product preparation department. The new VP of VRG Board is a graduate of the University of Gdansk, Faculty of Law and Administration, majoring in administration. She will perform her duties in the company from 1st January 2022.
