Subject: Notification regarding a significant block of shares.
VRG S.A. with its registered office in Kraków (the "Company") informs that on December 22, 2023, it received from the Company's shareholder, Mr. Jerzy Mazgaj, a notice of a change in the ownership of the Company's shares, pursuant to Art. 69 section 1 point 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on public offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading and on public companies, in which Mr. Jerzy Mazgaj notified the Company that as a result of a block transaction involving the sale of 1,500,000 shares of the Company concluded on December 19, 2023, reduced its share in the total number of votes in the Company to below 15%.
